Returns and Refund
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at [support email] within 14 days, including:
• Order number
• Full name
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason (optional)

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items are returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)
• The return is shipped within 14 days from the day you notified us

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to reduce the refund if items show signs of wear or damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) (or within 14 days of receiving proof of shipment, if applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds cover the price of returned items only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:
1. return the item following the steps above
2. place a new order (subject to availability)
Returns are not accepted for:
• Personalized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
• Sale/clearance items only if clearly stated at checkout
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email] with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A photo of the shipping label

We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
